Quotes expire within 14 days and are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Once payment has been processed and an order has been placed, and additional changes are subject to fees + additional turnaround time.

We’re 100% customer funded meaning your order is paid for by you. We do not use banks or lines of credit to float orders. Therefore all orders are required to be paid in full upon order to begin production. Turnaround time begins when payment has been processed and all artwork has been received + approved. MAYB | TMRW® accepts cash, check, credit card, and ACH/bank transfers.
- We do not charge credit card processing fees under the amount of $5,000
- We kindly ask that payments over the amount of $5,000 be made via check or ACH/bank transfer or pay a 3% processing fee
- Returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee
*turnaround times begin upon cleared payment and artwork approvals.

MAYB | TMRW® cannot offer refunds on completed orders. It is highly recommended to inspect all printed orders within 72 hours of receiving. MAYB | TMRW® will gladly reprint any order that has encountered print production errors *approved upon returned product and staff review. Requests for reprints will not be accepted outside of the 72 hour inspection window. Reprinting is not available for undetected garment defects within the 3-5% spoilage rate covered in the *Garments & Product Ordering* terms.
Approved production errors will then require you to ship the order in error back to our shop (we will provide you with a shipping label).

Our standard in-house turnaround time is 10 business days + shipping time *depending on the complexity of the order. Turnaround time begins once the order has been paid and all artwork/information to complete the order has been received & approved by MAYB | TMRW®.
*Turnaround time does not include carrier time. -
Assuming stock in product requested, MAYB | TMRW® offers a program of +10% of the subtotal depending on the “# of Days Short of 10” Rush policy. This means if you need shirts 5 days short of our 10 day turnaround you would add 50% of the subtotal to your cost.

- 2 days short of 10 (8 Day Production Rush) +20% OF TOTAL
- 3 days short of 10 (7 Day Production Rush) +30% OF TOTAL

- 6 days short of 10 (4 Day Production Rush) +60% OF TOTAL
- 7 days short of 10 (3 Day Production Rush) +75% OF TOTAL
- 8 days short of 10 (2 Day Production Rush) +90% OF TOTAL
- 9 days short of 10 (1 Day Production Rush) +100% OF TOTAL
- 10 Days short of 10 (Same Day Production Rush) +200% OF TOTAL. *if we have stock in-house.
Shipping charges are not included in rush order pricing. Cost of shipping will be stated separately on quote and/or invoice below subtotal. MAYB | TMRW® can not guarantee carrier times, see *Shipping* terms for additional information.

MAYB | TMRW® cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages caused by the shipping/courier company that have been shipped on time from our facility.
MAYB | TMRW® ships via UPS & USPS anywhere within the continental United States as well as Internationally. Cost of shipping is not included in rush orders or orders under the amount of $1,000. Pricing will be displayed separately on the quote and/or invoice under “Fees”. All shipping charges are determined on an address basis. Shipping/ Carrier time is not included in standard or rush turnaround times. It is the client’s responsibility to plan accordingly for:
- Accounting for production + shipping time.
- Providing the correct mailing address.
- Weather or natural causes that can delay shipments.
MAYB | TMRW® can not guarantee 3rd party carrier times and strongly advises planning 1 – 2 “cushion days” under tight delivery deadlines in the case shipping delays or exceptions are incurred.

All files must be submitted @ 300 dpi or vector format. All supplied artwork to be provided at the scale to be printed or clearly stated scale in the artwork file. All text to be converted to outlines prior to submission. MAYB | TMRW® makes a best effort to catch design errors before making it to production however, can not be held responsible for misspellings, errors, or issues with client supplied files. - Violate the intellectual property rights of others

- Encourage hate or harassment of private individuals (as opposed to public figures), no matter the reason
- Promote, feature, or encourage the use of hard drugs
- Feature explicit sexual content or nudity of a non-artistic/health/medical nature

Best efforts are made to achieve the exact desired placement of the design to be printed but can vary up to one inch in all directions. Garments and other products are manually loaded onto the press by hand and pulled to a guide which controls consistent placement.
Example: a classic chest print located 2.5 inches below the collar could fall within 2 – 3 inches below the collar to the top of the design. This specific location is a bad example as we use lasers for placement. This really covers our butts when printing uncommon locations

Manufacture defects are common when ordering large quantities. Inspection of the garment(s) is part of the production process as the products are handled for decoration but cannot be guaranteed that MAYB | TMRW® will catch every defect. MAYB | TMRW® will not be held responsible for manufacture defects such as: garment color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, holes in garments, ripped seams, etc… that are out of the control of our course of business. *It is highly recommended to order 3-5% extra per size if an exact count is necessary.

- Goal: You receive exactly the amount ordered (3-5% were defected).
- Best Case: You receive 3-5% more than needed (no defects found in order).

All contracted orders must submit a purchase order -no exceptions.
All products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and approved by staff. It is highly recommended to order 3-5% extra per size if an exact count is necessary. More information under *Garment & Product Ordering* terms.
Provided goods are accepted case by case as we cannot predict the outcome of how your provided product will accept the decoration process. MAYB | TMRW will not be responsible for damages, shortages, or dye migration issues on customer-supplied goods. We will always stop production and contact the customer if any issues arise through production however, all goods are provided at your own risk.
Turnaround times for contract orders are 10-14 business days and do not begin until a P.O. has been submitted, approved, product received in-house, and a deposit of 50% has been made. Contract orders will be released for shipping or pick-up once the remaining balance has been paid.

Client relationships are held in the highest regard with professionalism and integrity when posting across social media platforms. If client objects to sharing, would like sharing post-dated, specific hashtags, or any other public related specifications, it is the client’s responsibility to communicate these guidelines in advance. MAYB | TMRW® will not be held liable for damages outlined in this disclaimer.

Via Web: Information supplied by client(s) on forms through www.MAYBTMRW.com are held private and to be used for direct conversation of business only.
Via Quoting & Invoicing: All transactions are supplied with encrypted security via our payment processor. MAYB | TMRW® will not share client(s) information with 3rd party organizations unless necessary to fulfill requested order, i.e.: information required to ship orders. Supplied information is used strictly for billing and fulfillment purposes only.

Contingent on the lead time and/or complexity of the order, items can be added after the original order has been placed. Added item(s) will be subject to additional charges based upon the quantity added. Late additions may not be accepted on rush orders. Any additions considered on rush orders will be subject to an additional rush fee.

In the occasion that stock of an item has run short of a particular style, size, or color, MAYB | TMRW® will contact the client to offer a variety of possible substitutions. If client chooses to substitute the item, MAYB | TMRW® can guarantee original quoted turnaround time. If balance has been paid and client does not wish to substitute the item(s) the difference will be refunded in client’s original payment method. *A 3.4% processing fee applies to refunds made in the order of credit card payments.

Cancellations made after order has been placed will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (plus or minus 10% depending on product) as well as an additional 3.4% credit card processing fee if paid by cc, plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered by MAYB | TMRW®. Cancellations will not be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments has been made i.e. tag removal, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc…

All orders will be bulk folded by size unless specifically contracted otherwise.
